Another focus using the same landscape reference - this time with a mid-toned foreground, brighter blends on the trees (dark value) and the center of interest in lighter tones by bright colors.
Of the three, this is my favorite. I love the wide expanse, and that bit of brilliant color that catches my eye and pulls me into the painting. (Although I do love the blue-green of the tree in the first posting). Lovely and loose and filled with light. Looks like so much fun Lin. Hugs, Lorraine
